When you send the contact form we receive your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in the message box, such as your vehicle. We also keep basic, anonymous statistics about visits to the site.

How We Use It

Only to answer your request: to call or text you back, quote your glass and do the work you ask for. If you ask us to, we pass your vehicle and policy details to your insurer to open a glass claim. We never sell your details.

How Long We Keep It

Requests that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Job records are kept for seven years for tax and warranty purposes.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email support@siouxfallswindshield.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
